After contacting the social protection authorities with a referral, select an enterprise,
conclude a contract, and receive free assistive rehabilitation devices.

We’ve prepared a step-by-step guide for you,
so that you can complete the checkout process quickly and easily!

Step 1

Contact the Social Protection Authorities to obtain the original referral, and then proceed to register.

Step 2

The Social Protection Authority provides the original referral and informs you about the mechanism for obtaining assistive devices, the electronic catalogue of assistive devices, and the list of enterprises.

Step 3

You choose an enterprise and notify the Social Protection Authorities. The enterprise then has up to 20 days to approve the order or provide a justified refusal, informing the Social Protection Authorities accordingly.

Step 4

The Social Protection Authority informs you of the results and signs an Agreement with you for the provision of assistive devices.

Step 5

You provide the enterprise with the original referral, sign the Agreement with the selected enterprise and the Social Protection Authority, and then wait up to 40 days for the provision of the assistive device.

Step 6

You receive the assistive device and sign the Certificate of Completed Work (in the case of a three-party Agreement signed with the enterprise and the Social Protection Authority).
